9分意味着您网站的英文内容仅需要润色后即可达到10分。通常能够达到9分的英文网站上的文章，其撰写也许显得有些啰嗦或者在清晰度上不尽完美。
5分
英文网站评估分数为5分的话，则显示出您的英文网站内容书写质量低下，并已经为您的企业带来难堪。由于作者在以英文写作时完全不了解西方的写作概念，而采取了直接将中文翻译为英文的方式，因此书写蹩脚而难解其意。
6分
如果英文网站内容为6分的话，由于海外读者无法快速而容易地阅读其内容而因此放弃继续浏览您的英文网站。这个水平的英文写作者也许能够较流利地使用英语做口语交流，但是由于其母语非英语而难以完成撰写任务。8分
达到8分的英语文章中，也许存在一些句法错误，但是对于西方写作风格和宗旨具有认识。虽然英语并不是写作者的母语，但是他们的英语修养已经非常不错了。

得到7分的文章显示：文中大部分的内容出自既非专业撰稿人、其母语也非英语的人士。我们的普查中发现，一些香港企业的英文网站能够达到7分。这样的英文句法结构蹩脚，书写僵硬且不吸引读者。
3分
只具有3分的英文网站对于您的企业来说，只能是彻头彻尾的蒙羞。不幸的是，很多的中国企业及政府门户的英文网站只能达到3分。这样的书写毫无逻辑可循，对于与外部世界交流毫无概念，简直就是牛头不对马嘴一般。读者会把您的英文网站上可笑而又劣质的英文文章当作笑柄在其友人间相传。
Ten's the best, below five is harmful, one is utter nonsense
Ten
A
score of 10 means your website’s English is clear, concise and culturally
aware. Ten means your site has been written by professional writers working in
their mother tongue. Ten is the rating your site gets when you work with R.D.
Communications.
A nine
means your English website requires only a polish to bring it up to a 10. It takes a native English speaker to achieve
a nine. Perhaps the writing is a little ‘wordy’ or not very engaging.
Eight
An eight is also quite good. An eight contains few grammar errors and has a good awareness of Western style writing. This level indicates the writer may not be a native English speaker, but is definitely very good at their second language.
Seven
A seven indicates a non-professional writer or non-native speaker wrote the text. We see many websites from Hong Kong achieve level seven. Level seven contains some awkward sentence structure and the writing is stiff and not very engaging.
Six
At
level six overseas readers start to give up reading your website, because the
English is hard to read quickly and easily. At level six the writer is
obviously not a native speaker but probably speaks English very well.
Five
Level five indicates your website is poorly written and an embarrassment to your company. The English is awkward and difficult to understand. The writer is likely directly translating Chinese into English and does not understand Western concepts of English writing. At this level and below it is better not to have any English on your website.
Four
The
English is very bad at level four. At
this level the writer has a limited English vocabulary and often uses the wrong
word. The sentence structure is terrible. Level four is definitely hurting your
company’s overseas image.
Three
Level three English is a complete embarrassment to your company. Unfortunately, there are many, many websites in China at level three. The writing is convoluted, often defies logic and fails to understand Western cultural concepts. Readers are likely to immediately jump to another website or tell their friends to look at the funny English on your site.
Two
Level
three English is what we call outer-space English because no one on earth can
properly understand it. Level two is unspeakably bad English. Level two English
makes us angry because the writer must know their English is extremely
poor.
One
Only fools, cheats and the totally incompetent reach this level. Unfortunately there are many Chinese company websites that reach this level. Whoever is writing your company’s English has fooled you into thinking they can write English.

A rating of five or less means the English on your website is harming your company’s image. Unfortunately, the English on many Chinese websites receives a rating of only three or four. This means the English is unprofessional, lacks Western writing concepts and is disrespectful of English readers.
